Activity Blog - Easter Activities Week Two
This week we have some fun activities for you to try.
The first activity is a play pack brought to you by one our of fantastic teachers, Sophie. Take a look at our Time Capsule Activity.
Find a place to hide/store/bury your time capsule, but don’t forget where it is hidden!! Or you could try making a Quarantine Journal or Diary, scrapbooking memories of this strange time. In years to come, it will be so exciting to look back on what happened, fun little stories, photo’s, even little mementos of favourite things such as chocolate bar wrapper, and see how they change in 5, 10, even 20 years!
Our cooking recipe this week is healthy Fish and Chips. Are you missing the local chip shop as much as us? It is true that here in Grimsby we have the best Fish and Chips in the country, perhaps even the world! Why not have a go at making them at home? Here’s our recipe for making homemade Fish and Chips! Enjoy!
Last but not least for our activities this week, is Lego Challenge.
Get inspired and tick a few ‘makes’ off your list with these ideas for Lego building. Be sure to take a photo and send them in to us at rose.best@bestfutures-school.co.uk we’d love to see your creations!
What have you been up to? Let us know, email rose.best@bestfutures-school.co.uk with your ideas and activities.
Don’t forget on Thursday night at 8pm ‘Clap for the NHS’ all of our staff have been getting involved, clapping, making lots of noise with pots and pans, and cheering. We are so proud to be ALL IN THIS TOGETHER.
Stay safe and enjoy the rest of your Easter week.
Best Wishes from all of our team here at Best Futures
